When you submit the contact form we collect the data you provide: full name, email address, phone number and country of residence, together with the outcome of the questionnaire (the estimated case type and number of relatives).

Our servers may also record technical data such as IP address and browser information, for security and to prevent abuse of the form.

We use your data solely to respond to your request, carry out a preliminary assessment of your situation and contact you about it. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

The processing is based on your consent and on measures taken at your request prior to a possible engagement. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

We do not sell your data. It may be processed on our behalf by service providers (for example website hosting and email delivery) acting as data processors under appropriate agreements. It is not transferred beyond what the law permits.

We keep your data only for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where an engagement follows, for the period required by professional and legal obligations. Otherwise it is deleted.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data, to object to it and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

To improve this website, we count page views, assessment actions and form submissions each day, including when you reject optional cookies or make no choice. Counters contain only the UTC day, page and event type: they do not retain individual visits, exact times, identifiers, IP addresses, browser information, referrals or campaign parameters, assessment answers or outcomes, or links to contacts. They cannot identify unique visitors or reconstruct individual journeys. Counting requests send neither cookies nor referrers, and the counters are not sent to Google Analytics or Vercel Analytics.

Only if you accept do we enable Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics and detailed first-party tracking. The latter uses a random browser identifier and, where available, campaign parameters in cookies kept for up to 180 days; it records pages and assessment steps and may link a submission to the contact. The identifier is pseudonymous, not anonymous. Without consent, your contact request is still stored so we can handle it, but it is not linked to detailed events.

This separation applies to application statistics. Hosting services may process technical network data for service delivery and security, as described above; these data are not included in the counters.
